Metro-Watch Retail Security Guard main objective is to protect the safety and well being of both customers and employees in a retail establishment and to prevent financial damage caused by shoplifting, robbery, or similar dangers. security officers are tasked with securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors by staying present on site. Guards will conduct an hourly foot patrol through the store and check in.
